eight shot journey evaluation

In week three i had created a eight shot jorney filming a different member from my class.
The task was an easy task to do, but there was some difficultoes that i had problems with. the first one was i when setting out the camera i had to know where to put the tape for my to record and also how to put my clips on the computer. it wasnt that hard but to my surprise i had a great probles just to edit my clips and put ti all together as time had run out of thurday for me i had not completed my editing as i did not get a computer till three in the afternoon and only had an hour to complete it as i asked some of the members form the class to help me out i still did not have a great mass of help.

My Monday afternoon with Kim Trotter she had given out a simple task to create a radio jingle for the three listed above so in he afternoon i had set out my music hat kind of music i would like with the three jingles what i shall say in all three jingles? i had used You Tube which had converted the music that i wanted into an mp3 format. i had put my music together listening to it again and again just to see if it has fitted in with the right topic i had used sound booth to help me edit the unwanted music.

By Tuesday i thought i was all up and ready to do my work until all my work was gone i had not used my log in because at that time it was not working so i had used a team member from my group to let me use her log in. therefore it had taken me another hour to get my music back together again so most of my day was sorting all my music out again.

By Wednesday i was reading to record my jingles for each of them.

By thurday i had completed all my work and was ready to show the class but then again i was dissapointed again with the work i had put in again my work was gone it had been lost so i could not show the class what work i had done.

In week one i had worked in a group of five to do a live show trying to sell the latest products the task was pretty easy as i had to make up a product with some different genres such as one group had done a product that connects to a Rom- com as we had created a product with something to do with the sci-fi. on Monday we all had thought of ideas on what our product should be and also the target audience? how much the product will be?

By Tuesday Reece the team member had brought in a belt and i had bought some green card and also some felt tips. the idea for our product was a belt that had an ipod connector a controller that connects t aliens and aliens can talk back there always was a key that would take you to the universe. with the ideas created on Tuesday afternoon we had created our belt.

The Belt:

• The belt had been green with tin foil and also a star at the buckle the belt also has a a key holder a radio controller and also a ipod pocket.

By wednesday we all were ready to perform the product as i was the director i was the one who was in control in what was happening i was the one responsible for whatever went wrong and also i was the one that had to guide the other team members on what was wrong and also what i thought was best. when we got to the t.v studio i had told the two team members to keep calm and also i had told the other staff that were to director the camera and also beside them i was holing the poster just in case the two had forgot what they were saying. we had a practice with the show and then after the second time we had filmed it.

This project had come out pretty well as it was our first project and a i had completed it successfully.

on week five i was told to shoot a eight shot journey. in the morning i had John Seyard explaining about the eight shot journey on how it is? what it is? and how exactly does it work? in the morning i had quite a few notes on the eight shot journey and knew exactly how it worked. so by Monday afternoon i had planned out my script drew the pictures explaining what the person was going to do during the eight shots. in the afternoon i had john explain the hierarchy what it is and what they do? in the afternoon Kate had let use take some shots in the college as a three me, shoney and Lucy had gathered some clips outside the college on the park viewing some great shots and then we had to go back to class and edit on the computer Kate had helped us with the editing showing us the guidelines on how to use the film cut programme. with eight shots gathered together showed that as a three we all were prepared to do some filming the next day.

on Wednesday we had to take the eight shoot journey as a had planned on Monday the plan did not stick as i had shot outside from the college from the park to the college was my eight shots.
after that i had to right down on what shots i like the best and also the shots i thought that it needed improving giving the time and the seconds.

on Thursday i was already to edit my shots but by then i had a great mess of trouble as i found it hard to edit my shots and also putting it all together it may have looked easy on Monday but now i found it slightly hard. on Thursday i found it hard getting a computer by three o clock i had got on the computer but only had an hour to complete it i found it hard and did not finish in time.

we were given a task on week three to create three radio jingle one for the news another for the live chat show and also one for ident. with all the help we got from Kim trotter giving us some ideas and analysing some music jingle on what basically is a jingle? and what it has? what kind of music does it have? and also the codes and conventions on the jingle.

so on Monday morning we had rob who showed us how to edit music and also how to create and jingle along showing us some ideas as he had set out a task just showing the aspects of it by the morning i knew exactly how to much a jingle together and also how to use sound booth the programme i had used to edit my jingles.

on week two we had created a camera with Tim and was set out a task to take pictures outside or inside the college.

on Monday in the morning we had a lecture with Tim explaining about photography and also the shots and importance to photography. in the middle of the afternoon we all had to bring in a box to create our own camera so in the middle of the morning i had measured my box showed where i wanted the lenses to be/ but drawing a dot. then in the morning i had painted my box black from the inside only so i can take the pictures properly as cameras have black inside to take proper pictures. after the paint was all dry i had dug a hole where i wanted my lenses to be and sellotaped with a bit of duck tape.

on Tuesday we had a day off.

by Wednesday i had completed my camera and was ready to snap some pictures after taking the pictures....
